Review content:
After using Scurria as my primary care physician for 15 years she is jeopardizing my life because she wants me to give her $1000 bucks. I had my final exam before she transitioned to the new ""concierge"" doctor format. With that annual physical came my usual prescription refills in December. Then I changed Jobs and got new health care coverage with it. The new Pharmacy Benefits Provider (Express Scripts)required copies of the prescriptions, that would not accept a transfer of those prescriptions. Scurria refused to print off copies for me unless I gave her the 1000 bucks. When I told Express Scripts they were ""appalled"" at her behavior and called it unethical. They called her directly and she refused them as well. Now I'm out of medications for chronic serious conditions, thank you Dr. Scurria. How do you sleep at night? Is the 1000 bucks really all that important? I guess the good news is, if I die while all this is going on my heirs will have a juicy cause of action against this horrible doctor.
