Review content:
I've been going to this doctor several years. Long waits are still an issue but agree they have improved somewhat. They are very proud of their tech improvements as if that is what it takes to make patients happier. \r
\r
The courtesy of staff and overall customer service is lacking. I frequently feel like I am an inconvenience and they resent my presence. Or it?s like they hate their jobs. Pharmaceutical reps (as stated by another reviewer) are ever present in the waiting room, coming and going. Dr Scurria must really love her Pharm visitors and the gifts they bring. \r
\r
The Phys Asst Paul is nice, knowledgeable, caring, and courteous - him I like. Phys Asst Jennifer should just go away. She is condescending; not a good listener; too quick to judge and dismiss. If you can manage to get in to see Dr Scurria, you'll probably like her (If you can wait that long).\r
\r
This doctor?s office seems to be hit-or-miss. Some will love her; and others not so much. If you do go to her office it probably will NOT be the worst experience ever but will leave you thinking ?this place could be better?. I, frankly, am tired of it. I know there are better options out there. This is Houston, after all. It?s definitely time for this patient to move on!\r
\r
Btw, I think some of the other Perfect reviews are ?plants?. What patient comments on the virtues of a doctor?s superb electronic medical records? Give me a break. Sounds like ad copy for an infomercial.
Pros: Location. Years of Experience. Some long-time loyal patients.
Cons: Long waits. Staff regrets their career choice. Or maybe it's just you they don't like.
