Review content:
Truck was repaired with regard to the tire BUT additional lights came on the dash when I picked up the vehicle. I attempted to address this but was told that the lights had to do with the rear ...I explained the lights were not on before the incident so as a quality check, they should be checked, repaired and turned off. Bottom line from Turnpike was that it was not their problem and I should go to a Dodge dealer to have them look at it and repair it! The dash lights were fine before the wheel came off! RESPONSE FROM Turnpike Motors: Thank you Kevin for you review. I just wanted to let you know that we did diagnose the dash lights and it turned out that it was a fault with the rear ABS sensor. Unfortunately that is as specific as our diagnosis equipment can tell us for your truck, which is why we suggested you go the dealer for further diagnosis. We did however upon finding out about the ABS fault, present it to your insurance company to see if they felt it was loss related. Unfortunately they were unable to relate a rear ABS fault to damage done to the front left wheel. I will bring this review to their attention and see if there is anything that they can do. Thank you again for filling out an survey and telling us your concerns. If you have any problems with the repairs that were done to your vehicle, please let me know as you have a lifetime warranty on the repairs done to your vehicle.
