Review content:
The food is good. As good as some other casual dining places of the same price. My reservation was 3 days in advance. When I arrived, only my family and a large party, which took up well over half the space of the dining room were present. Gifts were spread over a few tables and the noise that would normally accompany such a group. Seating with the group would be uncomfortable and we would need to yell to be heard. So my other choice was a table by the restrooms. I would have left but This was for a 90+ relative's birthday so options are limited. The extent of their concern for my complaints was offering to move the table another foot from the restrooms. We were recited specials before drinks arrived. We were asked for our order before appetizers arrived. I had to repeatedly tell them to stop rushing my group. It stopped somewhere around the fourth time. Which they took as stop service completely. So I had to chased them for everything else. After voicing my issues with them I expected some peace offering. A drink on the house maybe. Not a free meal but something to indicate they recognized the issue. Nothing. Not even a thanks for coming at the door on the way out.
I do not doubt other reviewers who like Primo I simply will not spend hundreds of dollars again at a restaurant that seemed at best indifferent.
