I've been with Bell for quite a long time, and they're generally very good. They are always prompt. You schedule a two hour window, and they call ahead to make sure you're there and and everything's on track. They're very good schedule-wise.
They're professional in how they handle themselves. They're extremely careful about making sure they don't track stuff around the house. They know their business well. I've had a number of different plumbers come out, and they're all very knowledgeable. They do what they say they're going to do and they get the job done at a reasonable time and price.
They're usually good about followup. I get a call from one of their representatives within a few days, and if there's any issue or problem, they address it.
