They really have excellent customer service at Banks Quarles. The woman I dealt with on the phone was absolutely wonderful. I talked to her a lot and she was always available and willing to talk to me about the problems we were trying to fix. I have already recommended them to others. If we ever need this type of help again, I hope we don't, but if we do, they're the ones I'll call!
I own rental property, and it needed a new heat pump system installed. I shopped around a bit and the other company was ridiculous. I am very happy I went with Banks Quarles.
