Just before Christmas our water heater burst, soaking the pad and carpeting in the rec room of our finished basement. It became obvious right away that we would have to get new carpeting and pad. We stopped at Carpet to Go on impulse while driving on 1st Avenue South. They had quite a few large remnant rolls at what seemed quite reasonable prices, so we chose one after conferring with Samantha. They came out and measured within a day or so, and installed the new carpet soon thereafter, disposing of all the soaked stuff at no extra charge. No complaints! Everyone was very nice, on time, and they even applied a coupon discount on installation even though I didn't have the coupon in hand. A good experience for us, and I'd go back to Carpet to Go when and if we need more.
