Mr. Reed is consummate professional and an all around good guy. We had an unexpected water leak from the condo upstairs at 2am, Mr. Reed and his helper were at our door in less than 1 hour. My son has asthma and we were concerned about the dust, insulation, and whatever else was being removed and blown around from the damaged area, Mr. Reed went above and beyond to address our concern by containing the area and bringing in a separate ""air scrubber"" with a HEPA filter. Over the course of 3-4 days while the area was drying out Mr. Reed came back and checked the progress several times.\r

I can't speak to the cost of his services because this was an insurance job, but whatever his fees are, he earned it. It's so hard to find people who take pride in their work and have such integrity.\r
