I’m totally thrilled about my beautiful new Tigerwood floors! When I walk into my home I feel like I’m walking into one of those houses I see in a magazine. It’s hard to believe how a simple upgrade of flooring can give a space a whole new feel.
I purchased my flooring from Wisteria Lane Flooring’s Honolulu location this past year and I couldn’t be happier about my new floors. I was able to take my time and I was given many different samples of color choices to match my homes interior. The staff and my sales person Julie were helpful throughout the entire process. Plus I was able to get matching moldings which most of the other places I went to didn’t offer. I LOVE MY FLOORS and will defiantly be referring this business to my friends and family.
After shopping around I feel I got the best pricing & quality on the materials I purchased. As far as returning un-used / un-opened materials; I was refunded for my un-opened cartons of flooring and a few moldings with no problem. Customer service was great and because Wisteria Lane does not install the flooring the sales staff referred me to a few choices of flooring installers which I interviewed them all and got estimates from before making my final choice. I was very happy with the flooring contractor I used and he did an excellent job.
