Caveat emptor! Management is not ethical. My son attended only 5 of 12 prepaid group classes for AP Biology, dropped AP Biology because he wasn't doing well, and the owner of Prime Academy would not refund any portion of the hefty prepaid amount. When we signed up and prepaid 12 sessions, I asked the receptionist what would happen if my son ended up having to drop AP Bio, which is what happened. The registration form (which you have to sign) says no refund so I was concerned, but she assured me that the owner would take care of a refund if my son was no longer taking the class in his high school. Despite repeated contacts, the owner dug in his heels and would not refund any unused portion. There are many places to get tutoring in Irvine. Look elsewhere if ethical and considerate behavior is important to you.
