I put in an order for Valentines Day and they blew the delivery and left me high and dry! ANYONE putting in an order for a business address expects it to be delivered during business hours! Their offer to deliver that evening to a home address was a joke. It took multiple phone calls to get a hold of anyone to even find out the status (or lack of) on my order. Non- stop excuses about how busy the day was....I have NO SYMPATHY. It is a yearly event that they should be planning for as a business! When I protested I was rudely hung up on! \r

The first sign of a poorly run business is them blaming everything and everyone but themselves! \r

When customers are lining up to pay 200% inflated rates for holiday flowers.....they should have been ready. They weren't They wrecked my Valentines Gift.\r

Stay away from these irresponsive- irresponsible losers at all costs!
