Now mind you, a good restaurant experience for me is the whole package. The adage of ""you only get one chance for a first impression"" is very true.
I can go on and on about how good the food is, but it was the lack of good, friendly, attentive service that really was the aftertaste.
I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but I would like the effort made that you care that I chose to spend money at your establishment. No, I don't have the majority of the menu memorized and it was not printed on the two - sided menu we received. So when I ask you to repeat the list of 20 or so things you just rattled off; DON'T roll your eyes and say it just as fast.
Next, I love perfume on women....but when your perfume hits me 10 yards before you do; maybe just lay off the Obsession for a while.....
Do you actually HAVE water for 4 or was that too hard for you?
And thanks so much for not asking how things were...the bus person seemed more attentive....
oh ya..the food is good......parking is bad......
Pros: you won't find prime rib like this anywhere else in Sac
Cons: service is deplorable; parking unforgiveable
