this place is decieving. we used there call ahead service one evening and waited our 45 minute wait in the smallest waiting area ever. other hungry looking diners had taken up the worn looking couchers sothere we were, baby in town right in front of the cannoli display. we saw several tables available and their were 3 hostesses standing around gossiping as we tried to be patient with a fussy infant, asking politely every ten minutes when a table would open up. there are alot of rude drunks that seem like regulars at the small bar area as well. in fact as I went out to my car to get formula for the baby, one of the barflies shoved me on the way in. After over an hour and a half wait I asked for the owner who brushed us off entirely when asked if he could help us out to get a table. it was just too much time to wait even tho we 'called ahead' the owner refused to care about our experience. he wouldnt offer us a voucher or any other reason to come back. having owned a restaurant before my husband and I attempt to patronize local businesses. the staff here is just awful. once at one of the local chain restaurants after over an hours wait we had the manager chase us out, apologized, and offered a voucher for a free app when we returned to dine with them. needles to say we did. they cared and that sold us on them. avoid this ccareless raucous joint. go to romanos macaroni grill instead way better even on the weekend.
