After dealing with another appliance company A PLUS and waiting 3 weeks for my washer to be repaired I was frustrated. 4 visit and this company could not get it right. Finally a friend told me about APPLIANCE WERKS. I called them on a friday afternoon and they were at my house the SAME DAY. I couldn't believe it. The technician Paul was very polite and knowledgable. He was only at my house for about 30 minutes and was able to fix my washer with stock parts he had in his truck. That was 2 months ago and I am happy to report my washer is still running great. I highly recommend this company to everyone out there who is fed up with waiting for days and day to get an appointment and then paying a fortune. Appliance werks was cheap in comparison to all the money I had to fork out for another company to improperly repair my appliance.
