Review content:
I called these guys based upon a recommendation from a friend. After initially snaking my drain, they recommended re-doing the whole plumbing system under my sink. I went with their recommendation and was assured that I wouldn't have any trouble going forward, and was given a 1 year guarantee. Well, about 2 months later the same problem happened and I called them to fix the sink. They wanted to come out the following week, and when I insisted that my sink was close to overflowing and didn't work at all they set up and appointment to come out the following day. I waited for several hours and called multiple times but no one ever showed up- not even a phone call. When I finally got through to them they had me set up another appointment the following day, and didn't show up again!
