Review content:
We tried to get a woodstove installed for over 3 months. This company had multiple tries to fix the installation and bring this stove up to code - they have failed. We have a hole drilled in roof and wall. Installer didn't have pipe to finish job. Apt. was scheduled to fix, but the apt. went w/ no word from installer. Later he said he'd used our pipe at the job he did before ours. Another apt. was scheduled, but he missed it as well. We waited several weeks to get the correct pipe. Inspector came and said stove wasn't installed up to code. We waited for installer to remedy the problem. It took him several tries to keep the scheduled apts. Finally he came, but solution looked bad and was not up to code. Problem still not fixed. They contacted us to tell us that we have to pay for a more expensive stove to solve the clearance problems caused by the installer.
