Great doctor, the staff is ok. Way over-priced though. Every single time we took our pet in there was ALWAYS an upsell attemp. At one point a staff member even told us in confidence that many of the things they were advising were not needed. I told them no thanks to a particluar vaccine (which the doc himself advised was unnecessary) and they still suggested we needed it! In the end it was still done! They really need to back off & focus on the pet care & not on getting their clients to spend more.
