Review content:
I manage a property for an elderly relative who lives 450 miles away in Dalhart, Texas.\r
\r
Three weeks ahead of February 8, 2013 I scheduled a service call with Dumas Overhead Garage Doors to repair the garage door opener on the property.\r
\r
On February 5th I called Dumas Overhead Garage Doors to confirm the service call. Service call schedule was confirmed.\r
\r
On February 8th I sat at property all day and called at 3:00PM February 8th to check on the status of the service call. It was once again confirmed I was on the schedule.\r
\r
I finally left the house at 6:00PM after Dumas Overhead Door failed to show or to call.\r
\r
This was unprofessional as well as discourteous.\r
\r
I drove a total of 900 miles and spent 2 nights in a hotel only to be treated this way by Dumas Overhead Door.\r
\r
Business must be good to be able to afford treating potential customers in such a manner.
