Had reservations, still had to wait 30 mins for a window seat, even though there were quite a few empty window seats. We were seated between large noisy groups. TERRIBLE server! Our dinners were served ICE COLD! My scampi was cold and the pasta was cold and clumped together. Dessert was supposed to be free for my son for his birthday - server tried to charge us for it 3 times! Server also added in a 20% tip for himself automatically! When asked to remove it he said ""Oh... how did that get on there!?"" Ha ha.. how many people does he rip off that way? Had we just looked at the total, we would have added an additional amount for tip!!!! Took over ONE HOUR just to get our check straight - he brought it back 3 times incorrect! I do not recommend this location of the Chart House to anyone. Very bad experience!
Pros: Nice view, if you can get a good table
Cons: Dinner served cold, tasteless food, bad service, very noisy/loud, server cheats on the bill
