I went to 612 trying to decide what wireless plan I wanted (because my plan was up) and I wanted to see what was out there. Lucky for me, this store is authorized to sell service for two mobile companies - Nextel/Sprint and T-Mobile. They had a good selection of phones, and the salesperson, Tracey, was friendly and was able to answer my questions. I did have one question about texting that she couldn't answer, so she called the company to find out. Overall, she made the entire experience enjoyable and helped me to decide which plan best suited my needs.
