Review content:
If you want real information about the gear you are about to buy, go to Chelsea. Unlike the superstores, they actually know what they are talking about and they can guide to to products that will withstand the test of time. Are they more expensive? Yes and no. They certainly sell a class of product you won't find at Best Buy (not even in the Magnolia section), but they also know they have to compete. I have found their prices competitive, meaning they are usually the same as the big box stores or online for products that are available in such places. The last two times I have been in there they have had manufacturer close-out deals on the items I was looking for. I got high quality audio gear at a better price than the big box store, and it was better than the junk I listened to at the big box. The customer service is always great. If you want a cheap cable for your computer speakers, go to Radio Shack or Amazon. I do that too. If you want a great system is made from stuff that will last and will work well together, go to Chelsea. Amazingly, I'm still using a pair of speakers I bought from them in the early 80's. That is quality and value you can't get from Amazon or the big box chains.
