The people are really friendly, the atmosphere relaxing, BUT I just spent 1 1/2 hours there for a shellac manicure that is probably the worst I've ever had! The tech is very sweet, but maybe not experienced? At one point tried to push my hand under the UV light, which bumped the fresh polish and smeared onto the other nails. She tried to fix some of the gaps(which will be big gaps before the two week period it is supposed to last) and now the polish isn't dry-and it is dull. I called ahead and asked for an appointment with somebody good at shellac; there seemed to be plenty of techs available first thing this morning when I arrived. Admittedly, I told her upfront that I was picky-but I told her exactly what I wanted-perhaps that made her nervous? Still, she tried to blame me for some of her mistakes....I tipped her $10 because I felt guilty...my mistake. Not going back.
