Review content:
I have been to almost all movie theaters in Lexington, and I can easily say that this is the worst in town! The major problems with the theater include extremely overcharging customers, terrible sound, and nonexistant customer service.\r \r As far as price, you can expect to pay nearly 10 dollars a person to see a movie. What is even worse is that I went to a Fathom event during the week, and they nearly charged double for a one night event! While I expect to pay extra to see something new, this seems ridiculously expensive for a student to pay.\r \r When I attended the one-night event, the sound was consistently cutting out and hardly audible for a movie theater. Now, there is no way for me to see this movie again, after paying nearly half of what it would have cost to go to the concern in person. For a brand new and ""high tech"" locale, this is beyond unacceptable. I have also noticed some sound problems (albeit not to the degree of the event) while watching other movies there in the past.\r \r Lastly, the customer service is reprehensible. After seeing the movie, my car battery had unfortunately died. I tried to ask everyone around the theater for a jump, but found none. I walked into the theater, asking the manager for help. I was told, and I quote, ""I can't help you and everyone else here is busy. You can't ask anyone"". Then, I tried to ask an employee who was outside, and the employee ran to their car before I could even get ""excuse me"" out of my mouth. If people do not want to take 5 minutes to help a paying customer, that is fine. But I do not think it is necessary to be completely rude to a customer who just paid for a movie. For this kind of customer service, I will never be a patron at that theater again. Cons: Very Expensive, Poor Sound, Terrible Customer Service
