In 30 years of buying luxury vehicles I have never encountered a Service Dept. that has exceeded my expectations the way MB of Morristown has.\r

It is obvious that customer satisfaction is the priority here and their understanding and passion for the vehicles they sell and service is unmatched.\r

I am convinced that if you could either ""clone"" Mr. Herman Diaz or let him train all your other service Dept. managers your North American Sales would double because of repeat customers.\r

Outstanding Job. Even when parts are difficult get he makes the customer feel at ease and confident.\r
