I believe the doctors do care about the pets, but this practice has become so $$ obsessed that what is actually best for the animal comes second. Every second of the day accounted for and billable; every drop of every medication accounted for and billable - a blood pressure check on my cat, no one seemed to know how to do the test or what the readings meant but I was charged for it; lab test after lab test that showed nothing; an estimate of over $700 to clean my cats teeth! Not a bad place to take your pets if you have deep pockets, I don't, I'm moving on.
