Review content:
The owner, Vasiliy, contracted me to build him a web site for his business. I gave him a price no other web designer would possibly give him and free hosting for his web site. The site has now been finished for 3 months and he has yet to pay me what he owes me. Every time I call him he has some excuse as to why he cannot pay or that he will "call me tomorrow" but that call never comes. This guy is not trustworthy, does not pay his debts and I would recommend not using someone with this little integrity.
You will also notice that he has posted all his own reviews on every site so his 5 star rating is bogus.
