Our 15 year old Beagle was not doing well, went to ABC to put her to sleep. Staff was very friendly and understanding, took us to a private room with sofa, chair, etc, like a living room in your home. Doctor came in to discussed my options, no pressure. Explained the procedure, asked if I wanted to be present, told him no. He said I could take a long as I wanted with my dog, no rush. A very nice young lady came in to complete the paper work, paid right there, didn't have to go back out to the waiting area. Very professional, made a very difficult experience as easy as possible. Price was very reasonable.
