Burl Wood's staff has atrocious customer service and embarassingly poor attitudes when you call in... The women that answer the phones are belittling and unbelievably rude - not to mention, they are thrilled to take your annual insurance premiums but are impossible to get claims paid on when you need them! Unless you want to be insulted and feel inadequate by your insurance provider, I highly, highly suggest that you take your insurance business needs eleswhere!
Pros: The location is handy
Cons: They overcharge and don't pay their claims
