The cars we receive from the Yucca Valley, California Hertz location seem to get better every time we return.
One of the last two cars we rented from this location, was a Nissan Maxima. The keyless entry and keyless special starter button were nice features. It also has a dual control panel for heating your seats and adjusting your own individual ac/heat temperatures. The Maxima is a luxury vehicle with a sporty feel. If you get car sick, you may want to avoid this one. If you like to drive, you should most definitely reserve this one. I promise you'll be happy. :)
The last car we rented from the Yucca Valley location, was a Chevy Impala. This is an even smoother ride than the Nissan Maxima! The interior is made of black leather and looks very nice. The view through the windshield is excellent. The ac/temp controls are a bit confusing to understand at first, but they work great. My husband and I both get carsick. The smooth ride and the cool flowing air this car put out made the trip super easy for us. The Chevy Impala is now a new favorite of ours! We also received a free GPS upgrade!
I would recommend Hertz rental agency to anyone who is on a friendly budget. The Yucca Valley Hertz location is always less expensive than all of the other car rental agencies in the desert. I feel privileged that we live so close. :)
The great customer service skills and the understanding staff at this location are to be commended! They don't pressure you into upgrading or adding additional insurance coverage like most all of the other car rentals do. We have never felt ripped off by the staff at this location. They are usually upgrading us for free. They included a GPS in the car we rented the last time and they have upgraded cars for us many times over the past years. These are good people and I promise you will be more than satisfied.
