Review content:
I had purchased a Brand New Nissan GT-R from this dealership on Sep.2010 with their extended warranty service for $5500. \r After two years of prideful ownership of this vehicle, I needed to sell the car off. So I asked one of the finance manager to cancel the warranty and issue me the prorated refund of the service.\r \r It took them 1 year of run around to issues me a refund check. I have dealt with 3 of finance managers and the last one decided to own this headache of problem and resolve this agonizing issue. His name is Mike Munoz. If it wasn't for Mike, I would have written a nasty review about this dealership.\r \r However, I have learned that Mike is no longer with the company because Beaverton Nissan decided to let him go for who knows what the reason is.\r \r So here I am taking my time to write a review about this company. I do not know what the problem is with this dealership, but I definitely DO NOT recommend this dealer for your Nissan needs.\r \r All dealers will put a nice smile on their face when you are about to purchase a car from them. The problem is how they treat you AFTER you make the purchase.\r \r Never, purchase anything from this dealership.\r Very unprofessional\r Very unethical\r Short term result driven, not a long term prosperity\r \r Thanks for reading..\r \r A regretful GT-R buyer from this dealership....
