I work in a call center, and literally found Debbie on a random site offering a host of VO talent, to work on our IVR prompts. it was one of my best 'finds.' I interviewed the best from that site, and Debbie jumped out as the person we wanted our clients to hear everytime they call in. her prices are fantastic and she has become a true partner for our business. She is superb in all facits of customer service. Debbie's quality, speed of delivery, and professionalism is above the rest. She is always willing to go the extra mile, or ask great questions that i might have overlooked. having a partner that will review your scripts instead of just recording and assuming you are perfect is awesome. that is a great attribute when you conduct all business via email in separates states! Distance is nothing since debbie is very response oriented and never hesitates to jump on the phone and figure out the small stuff. Although im sure we are a small part of her 'book' of clients, i always feel like we are her top priority! Being in a service business ourselves, we often have fast deadlines that appear out of nowhere, and Debbie always works with our schedule and has never once mentioned a time constraint. thats all the business. But I cannot exclude the fact that she sounds Great! I get compliments on her talent from callers... and a few recognize her from her other work. really puts a professional glossy cover on our IVRs! thank you Debbie for all your hard work! truly appreciated!!
