Prior to going to the dealership I had done my research on the vehicle I wanted, reviewed available stock at competition and knew how much I was willing to pay. Isaak never pressured me or tried to 'upsell' me into a different model. During the test drive, I realized that I did not want a base model but could not afford the top of the line that was on the dealer lot. Isaak worked with other dealerships to find the model and options I wanted. Everyone at Koeppel was helpful, courteous, and patient - especially as I had a young child with me and the paperwork was tedious, no one blinked or rolled their eyes as he got bored. I would highly recommend Koeppel to ANYONE in the market for a new car, and definitely recommend Isaak for anyone buying in the Nissan family. This is a top notch organization who understand that service is truly the key to any success.
