Horrible experience! Do not EVER go to this place! Millette Macalagay posts everywhere in her facebook page that she is this great good hearted Christ follower and messages from Bible but when it comes the time to show her true integrity she fails miserably! I had the worst experience of my life! Having had dozens of facial treatments in past, I have expected to have a full relaxing experience that would improve my skin appearance, which was already great, and not damage it even more! Let me tell you the nightmare I am living at this time: After living the facial appointment I notice some redness, which I didn't make a big deal since I thought it would go away or decrease after few hours. The next day it started redness on my right cheek and by evening my whole face was burning up and red. I went to bed and the next morning was even WORSE! My entire face, forehead, chin and neck all red with itchy sensation. I went to see a doctor who immediately gave me a shot of cortisone for symptoms to decrease. I informed Millette who said pretty much: good luck and take it with your doctor because you signed a waiver so I am off the hook! Really? I started a strong medication who gives me the worst migraines of my life, among other symptoms. I had to miss 2 days of work and so far a full night of sleep. I am embarrassed to go out in public because my face looks so burned people stare at me! I politely informed Millette that all I wanted was what was fair, nothing more or less. She dismissed me so fast and could care less about what she has done to my face. Please save yourself a huge headache and NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT PLACE IN YOUR LIFE!
