Review content:
If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased 15 IPL treatments in 2011, and after only 5 treatments I was told my account was put on hold for summer. Then after making an appointment in the fall FINALLY, I was told that the clinic will no longer offer IPL services so I requested a refund, considering the treatments were a failure and could not even be completed. Not only did I bounce around from person to person, the accounting staff put off my $100 refund for 4 months (I didn't even reuqest a FULL refund, only for service I had not received), and when I was sent a refund check "in full," 4 months later, the amount was for $50. When I called to rectify the error, no one knew what amount I should be refunded and there was no management to escalate to. Truly, $50 is not a lot of money, but there is a principle and I am still waiting... this clinic has awful customer service, and the fact that they can't allocate $100 of a fair refund worries me considering that the licensed business can practice medicine!? I will spread the word as often & as far as I can: avoid Adora Clinic!!!
