Review content:
Dr Prather was fine. He removed my sons wisom teeth and there weren't any complications. However, the billing/office staff, even with my insurance, overcharged me a substancial amount. It took MONTHS for them to get my money refunded to me. Additionally, I had to ask repeatedly for them to bill both my medical AND dental insurance. It took 8 months to get that refund to me. Also, both times they issued the refund checks in my sons, who is a minor, name. Not mine, the adult who paid the bill and whose name is on the insurance. Because of the headaches and the time wasted on the billing issue which should have been correctly figured from the first visit, I would go somewhere else. It's simply not worth the continuous agravation after the surgery.
