I called at approx 8am Saturday morning (2-9-13) to get a price and schedule to get my ignition lock replaced on one of my Chevy service vans. I was told that I would get a call back right away. At 9am I called back and was told they didn't have time for me yet and would find out and call me back. I got a call at exactly 10:30 with a price for repair. I called early to get this van done today because it is used every day for the business and the service department closes early on saturday. When I received the call at 10:30 I already had my vechile at Fowler (Riverside) Chevrolet for repair. Even with a busy schedule they made time for me and treated me as a valued customer. My only advice to Keystone is improve your customer service if you want to compete in this business. I know I wont be doing any business here.
