Review content:
Contracts were drawn up and submitted by sales counselor, Georgetta Lee. I?ve been waiting for 4 weeks to get them executed and nothing has happened. I talked to the sales manager, Scott Villareal, and he assured me that the contracts would be executed the next day; it has been weeks and I?ve seen nothing. I spoke with Mike Wilkinson and also nothing has been done. I spoke with Jennifer, the person responsible for approving the contracts, and nothing has been done. Legend Homes Corp recently offered an incentive on the homes I purchased for an extra $2,000 off. Legend sales employees received an email from Scott Villareal stating that if any sales counselor was to enter into a new agreement in favor of the $2,000 savings the sales employee would be fired. Now Scott Villerreal does not want to sell to me. These poeple are rude and total crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, TRUST ME. Pros: you must be kidding Cons: could not offer the house at the price in the contract they drew up, asked for an extra $10,000
