I booked this for my mother in law and wasn't at the house for the move. They said they were sending two men and couldn't get out there till the afternoon, well in the afternoon, my mother got three men, who complained the whole time about the move prior, who arrived past 3pm and took so many smoke breaks it must have cost me two hours in breaks alone, AT A THREE MAN PRICE. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. Also, they scratched my mother's table, didn't take accountability for it, I called in expecting customer service and talked with a woman and a man who just were not pleasant.
Pros: Got in their smoke breaks
Cons: Scratched table and stated ""that was there before,"" wow.
