Review content:
Perhaps the worst Culligan franchise in the US. The sales person (AKA The nephew) flat out lied about quality, buy out price and terms of service. We cancelled the salt delivery when they kept leaving the salt in the middle of our driveway (in winter) instead of placing it at the softner as promised.
Proceed with caution and get everything in writing or walk away. Better yet, just walk away and go some place else.
