I utilized Advantage Home Inspection in mid-December and while it appeared they did a decent job initially once we moved in and were able to more closely look at things ourselves we realized they missed many items. So far the largest item they seemed to overlook was a roofing issue that was discovered when rain was leaking into the living room on our third day in the new house. There was about a 1/3in gap in the flashing along the chimney. This was not noted in their inspection report. The 1/3in gap has cost us significantly more as compared to the cost of the inspection itself. In the other review on this site Jay noted Adrian did a good job looking over his roof, our inspector was Mike, I guess it really just depend on which inspector you get.
