I have been going to this floral shop for over 4 years I buy flowers all the time from them not just on occasions and not just simple arrangements mine are always $75 and up and almost every month. So heres the problem I called to have flowers delivered to my wife on Valentines Day to my wife i had called the morning before and ordered the delivery to be taken to her job anytime before 2pm. She left at 2:30 and i was there till 3:30 they were never delivered I understand its Valentines Day there busy. So I called they send you straight to the answering machine you cant talk to anyone you have to go inside so iI went in and talked to someone they couldn't locate the flowers but told me they would give me a call shortly so i left. I never received a call and she never recieved any flowers for valentines Day. Heres what ticks me off about all this her job is literally less then 2 miles from there shop, my wifes 6 months pregnant, its Valentines Day, they said they would call me to make another arrangement they never did, the arrangement wasn't a normal cheap one it was a $175 bouquet you would think that would make some difference and if not how about the FACT THAT I SPEND THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR AT THERE SHOP. Dont think that they care how much money you spend there or how loyal to them you are in all my years now that i think back they have always treated it like it was just business they probably dont even know my first name and probably don't care customer service sucks yes they refund my money but what about the fact that my wife's looking at all the flowers her friends are getting and she didn't get nothing she probably thought i just dint get here any flowers Rose of Sharon you Ruined my valentines day you probably know who i am because i am always in there and i will never go back.
