I had a terrible experience with this clinic when we took our daughter to get a health screening so that she could participate in her school sports program. The attending nurse insisted that she needed to have other procedures performed all while assuring us that these would be covered by insurance. The nurse was aware that we had a $300.00 well visit cap on our insurance but didn't share that with us. None of the additional procedures was medically necessary and could have waited a couple of months until our benefits renewed. As it turned out, the additional procedures were not covered by insurance and we were billed the maximum charge. When we called to complain and work out a payment plan, the office manager fired my daughter as a patient and refused to accept payments. Our account was turned over to a collection agency without notice. After making several calls and writing letters I have still not received a response of concern from anyone at the clinic. Apparently, they are more concerned about making a hefty profit than they are about meeting the needs of their patients. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Cons: More concerned about running up your bill than your health
