Studying with Michelle Danner at The Edgemar Center has been eye-opening for me. I have taken acting classes at other well-known schools across the country and her work goes above and beyond any training I have had.  Her knowledge of acting training today as well as its history is in my opinion, one of the main reasons that she is so effective as a teacher. I love her scene study class - she thinks outside the box and includes much more in her training than the majority of other classes out there. She uses tools from modern psychology that allow you to understand your characters ""wants"" and ""needs"" so you can fully identify with their world-views, which helps bring forth the multi-dimensional and unpredictable performances. I highly recommend going to the informational class held on Wednesday mornings. Meet with Michelle Danner and see if her style resonates with you. It can only improve your acting!\r
