I have been a loyal long-standing customer of Bella Cleaners for many years until they ruined my Malizia silk pajamas - after cleaning them for several years. I was shocked and dismayed at the level of their rudeness and lack of professionalism in resolving the damage to my expensive clothing. Bella Cleaners has no explanation as to why the damage to my garment occured and is refusing to resolve the problem in good faith. I had asked them to send the garment to DLI for a fabric analysis to evaluate the problem, which they have not done. Bottom line- this cleaners will gladly take your business for a long period of time until something goes wrong in which case you are out for your loss if your clothing is damaged.
