I visited the Kenmore branch for the first time on Friday (02/01/13), and was pleasantly surprised! Lina was my hairdresser, and she not only did excellent work, but she also provided outstanding customer care. Great work at a reasonable price...How can you beat that combination?? I am sorry that the previous reviewer was displeased, and I am pleased that my experience was much better. I will definitely return to Great Clips-Kenmore, and I think Lina deserves kudos for a job well done!
