Channel Reef is a great condo community to live in!\r
The best part about living here is obviously the waterfront living and the ocean views. Views are available up and down Newport Harbor, along with a view of the entrance to the harbor at the Pacific Ocean and the famous Wedge on the Balboa Peninsula across the way.\r
The association for Channel Reef also is in the midst of renovating the entire complex--bringing the style up to speed. With the average price a lot lower than for active homes nearby, living in Channel Reef is a great way to enjoy the beauty of Corona del Mar and living on the waterfront for a lot less!
