I have no personal relationship with anybody from this company and this is a completely unbiased review. My Aunt, who lives out of town, had a small house in West Chester that she was wanting to sell but renters had completely destroyed the inside. The house needed major repairs: a new roof, major ceiling and wall repairs, a new kitchen floor, a new sump pump system, a sun room removed from the house, a deck rebuilt, a detached garage demolished, new paint top to bottom inside, and the bathroom stripped to the studs and completely rebuilt. I had four contractors give estimates. I was impressed with Mr Breen and his estimate was very competitive. From the beginning, to the middle, to the end, I was very satisfied with the work of Mr Breen and his team. They were always professional, patiently answered my stupid questions along the way, and everything they did came out great. They were always on time and cleaned up after their work. The bathroom has a tile floor, new shower/tub insert, and new toilet and sink. It looks great. Because my Aunt lives out of town, Mr Breen made special arrangements as to how she paid him for his work since the money had to be wired as the work was completed as the project progressed. Mr Breen went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend this company if you have any project you need done, big or small.
