I have lived here for quite some time now. The condition of the apartments are average. The only thing annoying at times is that you can hear your neighbors walking around above. If something needs to be fixed, the service guys can be a little so, but otherwise reasonable most of the time. When it comes to making agreements with office staff that are not in the lease, make sure you document or record the agreement. The office does not typically honor the agreement after some time has passed.
