We purchased new windows from Thermal Quality Windows 5 years ago. Last year, seals on 8 of our windows broke. Unlike the comment above, they charged us $40 per window and told us next time it happens it will cost $45.00. No apology whatsoever. We were told there was a lifetime warranty when we purchased them. When we called to have them replaced we were told there was no warranty because the manufacturer they used went out of business so we got stuck footing the new bill of $320.00 along with a horrible attitude from someone at the company named Mitch. I guess his customer service skills went out of business as well! \r

Now, locks on 2 are broken. I am sure they are not under warranty either. \r

Stay away from this company unless you are looking for poor quality windows as well as no customer service!!!
