I find it funny that the user name of the person who wrote one of the glowing reviews about this company review is ""Thermal Quality"". What a coincidence!\r

Seals on several of our windows broke and then ""fogged"" up. When we called about them they told us that since the manufacturer they used went bankrupt their was no more warranty. We had to pay to replace the pane on each window and during this whole time the man at Thermal Quality moaned about how much this was still costing him. He then ordered the wrong size replacement pane for one of our Oriole windows so we had to wait over 6 more weeks for that replacement in addition to another one that was broken when they pulled it off the truck the day they arrived to install it. \r

I have lived almost my entire life in Delaware County and you can bet I will never recommend this company to any person I know.
